1. To develop a detailed multimedia/multipathway/multiroute exposure model
2. To develop an advanced generic two-generation PBTK model
3. To compile a detailed mathematical – computational framework for the assimilation of biomonitoring data
The work will be broken into three tasks described as follows:
Task 3.1: Exposure model (CERTH, VITO)
Task 3.2: Internal exposure model (CERTH, HSL)
Task 3.3: Detailed mathematical – computational framework for the assimilation of biomonitoring data (CERTH, VITO, HSL)
WP3 will focus on a modeling framework for assessing exposure from multiple sources pathways and routes, covering the overall life cycle of a chemical. The work will be based on the existing modeling chain already developed and fully implemented in the frame of TAGS/INTERA projects.
